Healthy oat pancakes

Simply blend 1 cup of oats into a fine flour-like texture. Add 1 ripe banana for natural sweetness, 1 egg (or flaxseed egg for a vegan option), ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based), and a pinch of cinnamon for flavor. Blend everything until smooth.
