Strawberry tiramisu without an oven in 10 minutes

 I made a spring tiramisu with mascarpone cheese and strawberries.

 This is an easy recipe using store-bought cookies.

 Since it does not require an oven, it can be made and eaten right away.

 

 ▷Ingredients:

 

 5.5 oz/100 g strawberries

 1 tbsp sugar

 1 tbsp lemon juice

 1 cup cream

 2 tbsp condensed milk with sugar

 1 tsp vanilla extract

 1 tbsp sugar 

 11 oz/200g mascarpone 

 Savoiardi cookies
