Egg Malai Tikka Curry, also known as Anda Malai Tikka or Anda Tikka Malai Gravy, is a rich, creamy, and flavorful dish that combines soft boiled eggs with a velvety malai-based gravy. To prepare, first boil eggs, peel them, and lightly shallow fry until golden.


 For the malai tikka base, make a marinade using fresh cream, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, green chili paste, lemon juice, and spices like garam masala, cumin, and coriander powder. Coat the eggs in this marinade and let them rest for 20 minutes to absorb the flavors.


Next, prepare the curry by sautéing onions, tomatoes, and cashew paste until smooth and aromatic. Add the marinated eggs and simmer gently in the rich, creamy sauce.

 Garnish with fresh cream, coriander leaves, and a sprinkle of kasuri methi. Serve hot with naan, roti, or jeera rice for a truly indulgent, restaurant-style meal at home.
