400 g (14 oz) chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 tbsp cornstarch
Salt, pepper, paprika
Oil for frying
For the Honey Garlic Sauce:
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ketchup
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
Chili flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley for garnish
For the Garlic Butter Spaghetti:
200 g (7 oz) spaghetti
2 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt, pepper
Optional: grated Parmesan
Chopped parsley
👨🍳 Instructions
🍗 Crispy Chicken:
Toss chicken pieces in cornstarch, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Fry in a pan with oil until golden brown and crispy, then set aside.
For the sauce: sauté garlic briefly in a little oil, then add honey, soy sauce, ketchup, and vinegar.
Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly. Toss chicken in the sauce until fully coated.
🍝 Garlic Butter Spaghetti:
Cook spaghetti al dente, drain.
In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Add spaghetti, season with salt, pepper, and chopped parsley. Stir in Parmesan if using.
