Craving a soft, gooey dessert? Try this Milk and Chocolate Pudding Cake—it’s rich, moist, and incredibly easy to make! Start by whisking together 1 cup flour, ½ cup cocoa powder, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
In another bowl, mix 1 cup milk, 2 tbsp melted butter, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
For the pudding layer, sprinkle ½ cup brown sugar and ¼ cup cocoa powder on top, then gently pour 1 ½ cups hot milk over it—don’t stir! Bake at 180°C for 35–40 minutes.
